I had a very pleasant shopping experience today with a local retailer. My Epson printer (€79) from Media Markt had developed various malfunctions after five years. For sustainability reasons, I took it to Leeb, a local company, to have it checked for repair options. Mr. Leeb's expert assessment diagnosed a defective printhead – replacing it was not cost-effective compared to the price of a new one. His expert advice on the new Epson printer they had in stock led to an immediate purchase, and I was able to leave my defective printer there. They immediately offered assistance (even at my home!) should I encounter any problems with the installation. The printer works perfectly, as did the first-class service at the store! A subsequent price comparison online, which is common practice these days, yielded the delightful result that I had even bought it for less than I would have from Mr. Bezos! Conclusion: I will definitely have my next IT problem solved by Leeb.

Simply a fantastic shop. Not only can you get everything for your computer and home IT system here, but you can also drop off your packages from GLS, UPS, and DPD. Absolutely brilliant. Plus, they have a COVID testing station and always offer excellent advice. I highly recommend it to everyone. We're completely satisfied and will keep coming back.
